Wonder what I eat?
I can’t tell you how much I’m asked about what I eat on a daily basis. As a cookbook author, food science and nutrition professor, and cooking teacher, I suppose people think I have some sort of secret way of preparing food that allows me to cook effortlessly each night and keep fit and healthy along the way. In truth - I have no secret, I simply do the best that I can. I’m lucky that I love to cook at home and I am incredibly regimented, which means I go to the market every week and stock up on ingredients so I’m never in a situation where I’m looking into the fridge and feel I have nothing to eat.
